I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist committed to helping individuals and couples learn how to heal trauma wounds and create secure, loving bonds in their relationships. My work focuses on helping you create a sense of safety and connection within yourself and your relationships. You will learn how to exit unhealthy patterns & behaviors, release emotional hooks & triggers, implement effective self-regulation & co-regulation techniques, and improve communication & conflict resolution skills. I’m passionate about the art and science of human connection. I have a humanistic approach that is grounded in attachment theory and polvagal theory. I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Polyvagal Theory (PVT), and Psychospiritual Integration.
