I can work with you and provide you the support you need to cope with your emotions; to understand and value your identity; and transition into living authentically. My approach is humanistic and culturally sensitive. I will foster a safe space for you so you can discuss your life openly and authentically express yourself. I see your resilience and uniqueness and want to help you to realize your strength too. Together, we will find therapeutic approaches and coping skills that will help you to develop a fulfilling life. You don’t have to cope or explore your identity alone.
