I use a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, EMDR, IFS and DBT to help my clients heal. I love working with teens and adults who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting and relationship struggles, and perinatal and postpartum depression/anxiety/psychosis. Sessions are focused on working toward clients goals using a person-centered approach. I believe in working together on understanding my clients thoughts and emotions and how to help clients cope better with what life throws at them. I gear sessions to help clients find clarity to better pave a pathway so that they can achieve their goals.
