Hello, my name is Sarah Reynolds, I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Kentucky, and the owner of Building Foundations Counseling and Consultation, LLC. I am passionate about meeting individuals and families where they are and assisting them to build the necessary skills for the life they seek. I believe you are the expert of your life, and my work focuses on working alongside my clients in whatever struggles they are dealing with to reach their treatment goals. I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C) and a registered Circle of Security Parenting facilitator. I offer clinical social work supervision, and continuing education trainings for mental health clinicians. Office Hours: M- Limited, T- 8:00am-4:00pm, W- 8:00am-5:00pm, TH- 7:30am-5:00pm, F-Limited I am currently registered as an out-of-state telehealth provider for the state of Florida, TLHT Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
