Introduction

Mental Health is all around us and we each have our own piece of it. Mental Mine Therapy (MMT) strives to help clients reach their mental health goals. The slogan "Your Mind Your Health" was chosen because mental health is unique to each person, and your care should be tailored uniquely to you and your treatment goals. I strive to work collaboratively with my clients to find interventions that work for you. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy +Trauma (CBT), Solution Focused Based Therapy (SFBT), and currently training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) an Infant-Toddler Trauma therapy model. Everyone in need of therapy or skill building should have an affordable way to get it, so Mental Mine Therapy is committed to providing affordable high-quality therapy services by having a sliding scale and Military/D.O.D discounts available. https://meetmonarch.com/therapist/sarah-richey-silverdale-wa
