My name is Sarah Russell. I am a faith-based Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide many services including: individual, couples, and family therapy. I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) with extensive experience in Chronic illness counseling. If you are struggling with illness, depression, self-worth, or having a difficult time navigating through life in general, I understand that everyday life can be hard. There are many twists and turns along the way, but we don't have to face these obstacles alone. I believe there is power in numbers and together, we can work through your struggles. Therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach. We will work together to develop a plan that fits YOU and your unique needs, desires, and goals. I’m happy to guide you through whatever challenges you may be facing and walk beside you through your healing journey. Every therapist is different and it's important for YOU to feel comfortable and supported as we work together to build a therapeutic relationship. As a Christian therapist, my goal is to create an environment of trust, and support, in order to help you regain control of your life. Working with a therapist gives you the tools and techniques to navigate everyday life, support you in making tough decisions, and provide you with positive coping techniques. In our therapy sessions, we will partner together to gain a better understanding of yourself, your relationships, triggers, behaviors, and so on. Together, we will create a plan as we consider your reasons for seeking therapy and set attainable goals that will create the necessary skills to move you into a place of healing and wholeness. I think we can all agree that change can be really hard! I'll be with you every step of the way, making sure you feel supported. If you'd like to learn more about booking a session or have any questions about working together, reach out to me through the contact button below.
