Introduction

Our team is comprised of a Licensed Therapist and a Registered Nurse/Certified Integrative Mental Health Coach who are trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy, Somatic Therapy and Reiki to name a few. With a deep commitment to client safety and well-being, we provide compassionate care and evidence-based practices to ensure effective and meaningful outcomes. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health. We combine the transformative power of entheogens with traditional therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD and addiction. Our individual treatment plans are designed to foster personal growth, emotional resilience and lasting change. Sarah has worked as a RN for the past 30 years, working with a variety of patients in different acute care settings. Most recently she has obtained a certification in Integrative Mental Health Coaching and has obtained a variety of certifications associated with psychedelic assisted therapy and integration. After struggling with depression and being on antidepressants for over 20 years, Sarah sought alternative treatments for depression and discovered the healing power of entheogenic medicine. She has since worked with several different entheogenic medicines for her personal healing and growth and is excited to share the healing power of entheogens with others through journey work as well as Microdosing Coaching. Additionally Sarah and her husband offer Couples Rekindle Experience weekends working with a very special "heart opening" medicine that has transformed many partnerships and marriages...including theirs! Sarah is accepting new clients via telehealth or in office appointments for Mental Health Coaching, Microdosing Coaching and Rekindle Couples Experience. Gay has worked as a licensed mental health therapist in the Lewis Clark Valley for the past 8 years specializing in adult and childhood trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Gender and LGBTQA+ issues and sexual trauma. "I have always had a passion for helping people. Through the course of my life, I have learned the more I heal myself, the more I can help others heal. My goal as a therapist is to help you find ways that are in alignment with your values and beliefs although sometimes this takes challenging your belief system to see if it is hindering your process. I provide a safe space for you to talk and truly be heard as you learn how to navigate the messiness I call life and help you find the answers and meaning to your life experiences." "I have a real passion for helping people heal from childhood trauma and other traumas they have endured. It is only through me working on healing my own traumas that I am able to help people heal through theirs. Through my own process I have learned a lot about myself and have done extensive work in healing negative patterns and behaviors that hindered my progress in having healthy relationships. We have all learned unhealthy coping mechanisms and I love to hold space for people to sort out their healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms. I believe as we work on ourselves and grow in self-love and compassion, we help others heal and grow, creating a more loving community." Gay is now accepting new clients!
