Hi! My name is Sarah and I am a licensed professional counselor, business owner, dog mom, and adventurer. I completed an undergraduate degree in psychology & anthropology at the University of Pittsburgh and then a master’s degree in counseling at Arizona State University. I currently reside in Pennsylvania and I have a professional license in Arizona. I started my telehealth practice in 2024 to help adults 18+ heal and grow. I have experience with those who are experiencing anxiety and depressive symptoms, ADHD symptoms, interpersonal difficulties, relationship and life stress, life transitions, and/or PTSD symptoms.
