Introduction

I use a holistic, person-centered, and collaborative approach to support you in your unique growth and healing journeys. I am committed to providing culturally affirming care. My goal is to create a partnership in which we can collaboratively identify and work towards your goals. Each session I will use authenticity, humor, and empathy to invite you into a safe space for reflection, learning, and healing. I encourage each person to hold self-compassion throughout the therapeutic process. My work integrates several theoretical orientations including including family systems, solution focused, narrative, trauma-informed, and mindfulness based therapies. My current approaches are informed by my prior experiences working with children, families, and adults across outpatient, home based, and partial hospital (PHP) settings.
