I use a variety of cognitive-behavioral techniques, as well as humility, non-judgment, compassion, humor, and neuro-education as therapeutic tools for helping teens and adults to build a greater sense of self-awareness, trust, acceptance, confidence, and well-being in living their best life. As a licensed clinical social worker and registered yoga instructor with fifteen years of experience working with adolescents, pre-adolescents, adults and families, I believe that each person has the potential to be an active empowered participant in their journey of learning, growth, and self-discovery. My passion is to support, nurture, and awaken the innate wisdom within each individual through a variety of evidenced based modalities, including mindfulness, meditation, cognitive reframing, behavior modification, self-care, and healthy coping strategies.
