Sarah earned her master’s degree in mental health counseling with a specialization in art therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Originally from Austin, Texas, she has a deep appreciation for art, music, and all other modalities of expression. Sarah works to provide a welcoming space for adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a client-centered approach to ensure you are receiving the kind of care you desire. Her background in the expressive therapies offers creative complements to traditional talk therapy without requiring any background in art. Sarah has experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and crisis management.
