Dr. Sarah is a postdoctoral fellow who has experience working with children, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, and specialty clinics. Sarah's therapeutic approach is acceptance-based and action-oriented, with an emphasis on CBT, DBT, and ACT techniques. Her integrated approach allows her to personalize treatment to meet each individual's unique needs. Sarah has a particular interest in ADHD and provides both assessment and therapy to adults and children. Additional areas of focus include behavioral challenges, parent-child relationship issues, anxiety, ASD, and intellectual disabilities (ID/IDD). In addition to her role as a clinician, she is currently teaching within Immaculata's PsyD program as an adjunct professor.
