Sarah incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion's Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mindfulness in her practice. Sarah supports her clients in achieving their therapeutic goals, as well as learning to cope more effectively with everyday challenges.
