Introduction

Hi! I'm Sarah Theimer, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional level II (CCTP-II), in Virginia. I earned my masters degree from Lynchburg College and have worked in substance use clinics, inpatient mental health settings, and corrections facilities throughout my time in the mental health field. As the wife of a first responder, I have learned the unique challenges that our first responders and their families encounter. I aim to bring my understanding of these challenges along with my professional knowledge and skills to help you breakthrough the barriers preventing you from reaching your full potential. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my two dogs, running, reading, and being outside.
