I specialize in working with those who are experiencing mental health and substance use struggles, including youth and adults, as well as supporting those grieving various losses and ongoing bereavement. I have experience working with individuals who have chronic health conditions or navigating challenges related to family's health conditions. I focus on allowing individuals to chose their own path in regards to their recovery and providing guidance, validation and therapeutic insight. I have experience providing mindfulness techniques, DBT, seeking safety and strengths based support and encouraging harm reduction in mental health and substance use recovery. I have training in supporting those who are managing hoarding behavior or have loved ones who are managing hoarding disorder. My role as a clinical social worker and therapist is to allow those seeking help to chose their own path in their recovery, encouraging them to build a life worth living.
