I partner with you to navigate the ups and downs of parenting, while utilizing nature based interventions with your child to help them obtain higher levels of resilience, coping, and self regulation. Research has shown nature to be healing for a variety of mental health concerns. I have the great joy to provide nature based counseling on a 58 acre farm and nature location. This allows me to combine nature based experiences with therapeutic techniques creating a unique therapeutic experience.
