Introduction

Currently accepting new clients* Strong relationships are at the core of our human experience. Having a supportive community starts with ourselves. As a therapist, I invest wholeheartedly in my clients to foster a safe, nurturing relationship where clients feel seen, understood and valued.  Rooted in a holistic and humanistic approach, my goal is for each client to leave my office with the confidence that they are worthy, loved and capable of achieving the healing and peace they are desperately seeking. I have worked intensively with the San Francisco County foster care system providing trauma-informed community based therapy, case management and court mandated therapeutic visitations with foster youth and their families. I have held various roles serving in academia in both administrative and counseling roles working with undergraduate and graduate level students. Prior to starting my own private practice in 2023, I spent three years working for a mental health start up company as a clinician providing individual therapy with most of my work focusing on anxiety, trauma and family of origin related issues. I am passionate about the therapeutic process and believe with each session you will get closer to achieving what you set out to discover.  I consider it a true honor and privilege to bear witness to your story and am eager to take that next step with you. I offer virtual therapy sessions for anyone living in Oregon and California. Looking forward to connecting with you!
