SARAJANE CAZARES graduated from Columbia University and has over 25 years of experience. She is licensed to provide psychotherapy in Florida and Minnesota. Sarajane creates a comfortable and safe environment where you can feel free to address issues that are important to you. Sarajane draws from a few therapeutic techniques to meet your unique needs. These include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic psychotherapy and Brainspotting. Sarajane absolutely loves teaching DBT skills to help with regulating emotions, tolerating distress and communicating effectively. She has expertise in helping clients cope with life-altering health conditions as well as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self esteem and relationship issues.
