I am honored to accompany people on the journey of inhabiting life more fully, deepening presence, insight and healing. I have provided therapy for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma related pain, grief, somatic symptom disorders, existential crisis, and stage of life transitions. My practice is integrative, incorporating EMDR and Dream Work with Mindfulness Therapy, Grief Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as is beneficial for each individual client. I hold an MSW from Walla Walla University and am trained in EMDR with a certificate in Dream Tending from Dr. Stephen Aizenstat of Pacifica Graduate Institute. I have been a spiritual director for many years, currently serving anti-traffickers and survivors of sex trafficking. I received a certificate in Spiritual Direction from North Park University. While my therapy practice is distinct from my work in spiritual direction, I offer the same qualities of presence and attunement in therapy sessions. I have experience serving diverse people across the US and internationally. I earned a BA in Studio Art from Whitman College; I paint and draw, write and make music-- I experience the world through a lens of Beauty, and I approach therapy with this frame of reference. A person free to live from their most whole and authentic self is Beauty at work. It is a privilege to offer these therapeutic services in our valley. If the above resonates with you, please reach out for a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Together, we can explore whether my approach will support you on your healing journey.
