Introduction

Mental health treatment has the best results when you and I collaborate together as a team to address your goals and concerns. The therapist might be the professional but you are the expert on yourself! While working with clients my approach focuses on helping them identify their core needs and fears, addressing them from a place of compassion and curiosity. My clinical style is best described as patient and gentle, while also to the point and "no BS." I use a variety of therapeutic modalities including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I have the most experience providing clinical services to adults navigating substance use, recovery, decarceration, and relationship dynamics. I have specialized training in therapeutic approaches that address substance use and trauma. I have devoted my life to listening to the stories, hearts, and minds of others. It would be an honor to listen to yours. In my sessions, you are safe, respected, and prioritized. I respond most quickly to email.
