Introduction

I believe that you can change, that you can grow. You may feel stuck in life, relationships, or negative thoughts right now, but that’s where I come in. As a counselor, my experience allows me to understand the ways to address your needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of my therapy. I can help you become a more empowered version of yourself. I partner with you to help you achieve a healthy and balanced personal life and relationships. As a mental health counselor, I’m deeply committed to walking alongside you—helping you explore, heal, and move forward. I believe that change and growth are possible for everyone. I aim to provide space for you to gain insight and create new ways of being. I am committed to providing a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. My approach to counseling is integrative—client-centered, relational, experiential, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic. I also implement principles from acceptance and commitment therapy, strength-based approaches, positive psychotherapy, and the Townsend model. My work is collaborative—I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my responsibility is to assist you in realizing your own values and goals. Whatever your reason for seeking out therapy, I’m dedicated to helping you find your way to better mental health. If you are an Oregon or Washington resident, book your first appointment to get started on your journey towards the life you want.
