As a parent, It’s so difficult to watch your child or teen struggle with their mental and behavioral health, whether they are displaying disruptive behaviors, feeling anxious, or are down in the dumps. That's where I come in. I specializes in supporting children, youth, and young adults cope with attention difficulties and ADHD, anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, trauma, and life transitions. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), First Approaches Skills Training-Behavior (FAST-B), an empirically-validated program for children ages 4 and up, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I prioritize collaboration with clients and their families using a strength-based approach in my work, identifying each child or teen’s strengths and abilities, and using those strengths to build self-confidence, self esteem, and to improve in their areas of weakness.
