I am honored that you are taking the time meet me in this small way. I came to being a therapist through the meditative tradition of self-inquiry and the first hand experience of EMDR. It has been fanscinating to see the tenets of many eastern philosophies merge with western models of therapy, giving clients access to wellness and an more authentic versions of themselves. The modalties of therapy that implement into my counseling are EMDR, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting. All of which are nested in meditative self-inquiry. I believe these research based approaches can provide liberation from old ways of being and transformative meaningful change.
