It is an honor to be invited on someone's journey to help discover a path to healing. The therapeutic space I hope to facilitate, is meant to support one in managing distress, and navigate through the inevitable changes and transitions of life. As a therapist, I aim to build a comfortable environment, so individuals can safely explore their needs and reflect on how best to meet such needs. In my experience, if you are ready and willing to work towards positive and healthy change, then healing is within reach.
