I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, an MBA in Management, an MS in Finance, and a BS in Business Economics. With experience in private practice, hospital, and hospice settings, I provide a compassionate and culturally informed space for healing. My clients often struggle with trauma, obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, or low self-esteem. Others seek help for panic attacks, addiction, or significant changes in perception and behavior. I specialize in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Multicultural Therapy to promote insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I am committed to fostering trust and empowerment, guiding clients toward growth and well-being. I speak English and French, allowing me to support a diverse range of clients. I also offer family, couples, and group therapy when appropriate. Upon request, I incorporate pastoral counseling for clients seeking a faith-based approach.
