Everyone has their own stories and perspectives. Regardless of the issue, reclaiming a healthy life when feeling subjugated and repressed by the existing problems is difficult. Sometimes these problems manifest through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and many more. These conditions can easily make you feel you don't have a place or a say in this world. Feeling dignified and validated is also challenging when you can't find a true voice. Therapy provides the time and space for healing, assisting you in regaining and empowering the inner strengths to overcome these difficulties. I have a variety of experiences in the field of psychotherapy and counseling. I have worked in all levels of care in the mental health field (medical detox, residential care, outpatient program, private practice, in-home, government/ federal funded programs). I am also an adjunct professor at SCSU and am currently completing a Ph.D. at Antioch University. My office is located in CT but am also licensed to practice in FL and VA. Regardless of the issue or the problem, feel free to contact me and let me know about your story!
