Heyyyy, I’m Serenity! I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, family, or relationship struggles. With a background as a yoga instructor, mind and body awareness is something I emphasize with my clients, especially those with trauma. This may include grounding techniques, breath work, or exploration of how your body holds stress or emotional pain. Apart from individual therapy, I also help couples, including those in diverse relationships (e.g., polyamorous, interracial), through issues of intimacy, connection, and trust. I also work with families facing conflict, grief, or blended family dynamics.
