I have immediate openings available. I am also flexible with scheduling to accommodate your needs. I have over 10 years of counseling experience providing individual therapy to adults ages 18 and up in an acute inpatient and outpatient setting. My approach is person-centered, as I want to make this therapeutic experience as personable as possible. I also want to know you as an individual and understand the hobbies and activities that make up your day-to-day life. This helps me know you better and create measurable and achievable goals. I hold an independent license in North and South Carolina. I currently have experience serving those with the diagnosis of major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, grief, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and anxiety/panic disorders. Clients can expect a safe and supportive environment, along with goal setting—and self-compassion during the process especially when setbacks occur. My clients will feel respected and validated in sessions.
