Shalita Sampson founded Healing Hearts in 2016, after working in the social service field for almost twenty years, including social work positions as domestic violence specialist, child protection social worker, crisis clinician, and out patient clinician. Shalita has a passion for helping others begin their journey of healing. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker she prides herself in expanding and transforming the stereotypes related to mental health treatment. Shalita is passionate about helping others who are not feeling like they are living their best life. If you have been struggling with feelings of sadness, anger, depression, anxiety, panic, and feeling misunderstood, healing begins from within.
