My name is Shana Trimble, a licensed marriage and family therapist, an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and the owner of N'Perfect Balance. I currently provide services that assist individuals 13years+, couples, families, and groups suffering from an array of mental and emotional concerns. I also provide supervision to pre-licensed and licensed clinicians in need of AAMFT supervision services. I have my master's in marriage and family therapy/counseling and am a certified life coach with experience working with a very diverse population. I work from a holistic systemic view, we impact life as life impacts us, integrative approach that is inclusive of Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Collaborative Family Therapy. I am also big on Psychoeducation. My main focus is on relationships, as I love helping people better their relationships with themselves, others, and things that can sometimes present some difficult challenges.
