Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to help you navigate the path to mental wellness and personal growth, one step at a time. I'm a counseling intern pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from OSU, focusing on a holistic, person-centered approach. My practice is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, helping clients embrace their thoughts, challenge negative patterns, and realize their potential in a supportive environment. I specialize in supporting veterans, first responders, trauma survivors, teens, and those impacted by the justice system. My path to becoming a counselor has been diverse, shaped by my background in Military Law Enforcement (K9), working in Juvenile Justice, with the Trafficking Taskforce, and my experience working as a Mental Health Associate at the Crisis Center. These roles have given me a unique perspective on resilience, growth, and supportive relationships. Having faced my own traumas, I connect deeply with my clients. I bring empathy, curiosity, and understanding to our work together. I believe every challenge carries the potential for growth, and my goal is to help you develop self-awareness, confidence, and tools to navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels empowering.
