Hello I’m Shannon Novoa, LMFT. Here at Simply Complicated Therapy we are following God's call to service individuals and families with their mental health needs. We have experience working with people struggling with addiction and trauma. Have worked with a variety of people struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and various mental health concerns. We believe a good vibe and therapeutic relationship is key to being able to open up. Life is complicated and sometimes having assistance on un-complicating it; is all someone needs.
