Introduction

I am a dedicated National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate in South Carolina. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I emphasize a holistic approach to counseling that focuses on the connection between mind, body, and soul and how these connections influence the individual throughout the lifespan. As a clinician, I utilize a combination of theories, such as CBT and person-centered therapy. I also have specialized training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and experience working with trauma survivors. At the core of my practice are the values of compassion, respect, and transparency. These principles guide every interaction with my clients, ensuring they receive the individualized attention and support to achieve a hopeful, optimistic, long-lasting recovery.
