I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, work/life stress, maternal mental health, and other related concerns. We all experience anxiety, worry, and stress from time to time, but it can become an issue when it starts interfering with your enjoyment of daily life or impacts your work, school, and relationships. Through working together we can help you to no longer feel restricted by anxiety, stress, and worry. My therapy style is warm, open, and compassionate. I take a nonjudgmental approach and aim to create a safe space for you to work on your concerns at your own pace. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness based approaches in my practice. I hold two graduate degrees from Columbia University, and I am a professional member of the International OCD Foundation, the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, and Postpartum Support International. I treat each person I work with as an individual with specific needs, and I work collaboratively with each client to empower you to identify existing strengths, build healthy coping skills, and improve your quality of life.
