Clients have shared that I give more than just a listening ear and mental health treatment. I provide a sense of feeling heard, valued and my clients often say they feel safe and supported. It's important that clients take a look back, to go forward. When we start our work together, I want to hear your story. What has created you, a totally unique person from your biology, your thoughts and your daily interactions. What impact has your family, friends, beliefs or other life experiences had on you? Sometimes stories are hard to hear. And at times, my clients feel stuck because of what has happened to them. Using evidenced-based treatments from a trauma-focused lens, there is healing, and you can experience the freedom you long for. Together, we will get to the root of your concerns, and create a treatment plan that will work for you. All that's needed is a little effort, commitment and faith.
