As a therapist I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership, and you as the client are the expert on yourself and your experiences while I am the expert on supporting you and guiding you through exploring and processing your experiences in order for you to be able to move forward and live your best life. I have experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, including but not limited to: addiction, grief, fertility/infertility, mood disorders, life change adjustments and trauma. Catering to my clients’ specific needs, I utilize techniques from varying modalities that include CBT, talk therapy, Gestalt, EMDR, and somatic mindfulness in order to inspire my clients towards change, growth and healing. Through our work together, my goal is to empower you to align the values you identify with the way you live your life and to assist you in increasing your capacity for experiencing and carrying your emotions as they arise so that, in doing so, you are then able to embrace complications as they present themselves while creating an intentional and purpose-filled life.
