Introduction

Carl Jung said, "The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are". My teletherapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide clients with the ability become who you truly want to be. The goal is to provide a non-judgemental space where you are able to process through events in life that feel hard and challenging. I strive to provide a place to find hope, direction and through therapy, there is always a way to address your issues and find coping skills that will help now and in the future. I believe in transformation and change and witness it daily. I provide telehealth therapy for individuals, adolescents, couples, and families.
