When that phrase, you may assume I want to gossip and be all up in your business; however, the TEA I want to process is your Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, self-care, and self-esteem issues, by helping you develop practical coping skills. I act as a source of support and encouragement while providing insight that results in positive change, all while in the comfort of your own home. I practice several different techniques to help you improve the quality of your life. Together, we will pinpoint unhelpful thinking patterns and find new and creative ways to resolve problems.
