I will engage with you in a transparent and collaborative process providing trauma informed, cognitive behavioral therapy that focusses on your whole person… thoughts, feelings, body, and relationships. I believe in providing strategies that will emphasize creating safety, the mind/body connection, managing the nervous system, tapping into the power of the mind, identifying and expressing emotions for regulation, establishing and maintaining supportive relationships, and finding a way to take therapeutic breaks throughout the day, week, month and year.
