Introduction

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. As a therapist, I use compassion, consistency, and curiosity to help my clients increase their self-acceptance while working to make the changes they want in their lives. I help my clients identify their existing strengths and develop their skills to cope with life’s challenges in order to grow into the people they want to be. Using a blend of harm-reduction, CBT, DBT, narrative, and feminist therapies, I work with clients to unpack how trauma, internalized oppression, and family dynamics can interfere with their capacity to cope with and make change while increasing their skills and confidence in their abilities to make desired changes and successfully manage internal and external barriers. If you’d like to learn more about how my approach could support you, feel free to reach out via the contact form. I offer free twenty minute phone consultations to see if we could be a good fit. I currently have a waitlist for potential new clients.
