Introduction

https://www.evergreenenvisioning.com/ Through my experience with clients, ages 1-104, I have learned how self-expression, creativity, and opportunities to nurture and be nurtured are fundamental to our sense of safety, connectedness, worth, and purpose. I know that improvement to quality of life is possible, regardless of where you are in your journey. It's undeniable, life presents many challenges. Your early years and relationships contributed to how you view yourself, others, and the world, and how you respond to struggles and hardship, for better or for worse. Now, your life has been impacted by loss, change in ability, or challenging environmental or relational experiences and your interwoven physical, emotional, cognitive, and social internal systems feel overwhelmed. You may feel frustrated, hurt, stuck. Take a breath. The fact that you are here is a sign of your courage and resilience. Even if you don't feel like it right now, you are the most powerful agent for change in your life. You are capable of learning and implementing tools that support your wellbeing, healing, and growth. You are worthy of a life that is whole and connected. As a partner in your journey, my role is to support you as you attune to your own self-wisdom. I will honor your lived experience and hold space for you. My therapeutic approach integrates individualized, accessible arts-based processes with counseling that is resilience-focused, trauma-informed, and strengths-centered. Together we can plant the seeds of empowerment as you pursue your goals.
