Introduction

I specialize in guiding and supporting people through life’s toughest experiences: stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, stress from the military lifestyle and more. I view therapy as a way to grow strong roots in who you are and what you value even when life experiences have shifted how you see the world. I support people and help them navigate this part of their journey while working to meet their therapeutic goals. My experiences as a Licensed Professional Counselor are rooted with multiple communities. I have a passion for working with those persons healing from trauma, the LGBTQ+ community and persons experiencing life transition including military members, their families, persons in college and any other life transition. I have focused most recently on working with active duty service members, veterans and their families as they navigate the challenges that come with being a part of this community. My services are 100% online, through a secure online portal to provide a convenient way to fit therapy into a busy schedule. I look forward to hearing your story and working with you in planting seeds of change for your future. I am current licensed in Virginia, Florida, Washington state and Texas.
