Introduction

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. I earned my Master's in Counseling in 2015, with dual specializations in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy, providing me with a well-rounded perspective on personal and relational well-being. I specialize in working with individuals and families navigating blended family dynamics, communication challenges, and the stressors that come with managing multiple life roles. I also collaborate closely with law enforcement personnel and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to provide tailored support for professionals facing high-stress work environments. In addition to my extensive clinical experience, I am deeply committed to providing culturally competent care to the LGBTQA+ community. I have specialized training in working with persons living with HIV/AIDS (PLWH) and am experienced in relationship counseling, transgender care, and gender-affirming therapy, guided by the standards set forth by The World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH). Whether you are facing personal, relational, or work-related challenges, I am here to provide compassionate, professional support tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to empower you to build resilience, navigate life’s difficulties, and cultivate healthier connections in all areas of your life.
