Recognizing that one size does not fit all, I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Since graduating in 2017 with a Master of Social Work degree from Edinboro University, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a variety of counseling concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, grief, anger, ADHD, suicidal ideations and legal issues.
