Relationships are the heartbeat of life, we need one another to live well. As human beings, we are wired for connection and yet so many of us move through life feeling alone and isolated. If you are struggling to connect, feeling constantly misunderstood, or finding it difficult to communicate with important people in your life, I'm here to help. Together we will strengthen your connection to self and others, identify patterns, and work to create healthier ways of being that will nourish you and your relationships. My work explores early life experiences, attachment styles, and defensive mechanisms to help clients notice how past experiences influence present behavior. This approach allows us to understand why we do the things we do and provides space for us to make intentional decisions that improve our relationships and lead to healthier, more fulfilling lives. It is important to me, that you feel heard, validated, and safe in the therapy space whether we meet in person or through telehealth.
