Although we come from many different walks of life, your story matters. I am here to assure you that your journey does not have to be navigated through alone. My goal is to work together with you in discovering who you once were, who you are now, and who and where you want to be. I believe we can learn to control our thoughts and emotions in order to heal, discover peace, and find empowerment. This requires gaining an understanding of our past and taking a deeper look into how people, events, and circumstances have shaped us and impact us now. In this journey of self-discovery, I hope to provide my clients with a non-judgmental and supportive, safe space while focusing on developing genuine trust and connection. My passion is to foster and support individuals in their journey towards personal growth and finding balance, self-compassion, and fulfillment. My experience includes working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships issues, self-esteem issues, and mood disorders. I have worked with children, teens, families, and couples to learn to communicate better with one another, develop healthy boundaries, and create a harmonious home environment. I began my journey in the field of mental health over ten years ago and have since then worked with children diagnosed with autism, individuals experiencing homelessness and/or severe mental illness, college students, and the underserved communities in Orange County. I am a culturally sensitive therapist with a Strengths Based, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioral approach. I also work with couples using Attachment Theory and the Gottman Method.
