Introduction

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with a variety of clients. My mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which families, couples and individuals begin the healing process and start living more fulfilling lives. I have experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, divorce, marital problems, grief, loss and trauma. I enjoy helping couples recognize cycles of conflict and utilize tools to reconnect and restore intimacy in their marriage. With over twelve years of experience working with individuals in crisis, I enjoy facilitating therapy with those who have a history of sexual trauma and emotional abuse. Additionally, I am a Registered Integrative Sandtray Therapist. Sandtray therapy empowers people to express their thoughts and feelings, even when they cannot do so in words. It also enables adults to work through some of their most difficult worries and concerns.
