Hello, I'm Shawnee Brew (she/they). I am a queer non-binary femme therapist, offering my clients a space of safety and non-judgment. I view the therapeutic relationship as a powerful receptor for healing. I offer a humanistic and affirmative approach and am passionate about supporting the wholistic wellness of my clients. In an often harsh and exclusive healthcare system, I will do everything in my power to nurture you, validate you, and honor your value so you can safely explore and heal. I bring curiosity, authenticity, and lots of humor to my practice. I hold space to explore, heal, and expand through a blend of humanistic and behavioral techniques. I have spent my career working with adults navigating various mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression and OCD. Outside of my therapy practice, I strive to be an active white ally, take action for racial and gender equity, train and educate, binge watch Netflix, cook, and snuggle with my kitten.
