Hi, I’m Sheli. As a bilingual therapist and BIPOC advocate, I provide care that honors culture, language, and lived experience. My practice is grounded in cultural humility and body-based healing. I created this practice for people like you—people who are holding a lot, quietly. Professionals, caregivers, helpers. People who show up for others, even when they’re struggling themselves. My team is here to help you slow down, breathe, and come back into your body. I use somatic practices, EMDR, and mind-body techniques to help you heal from the root—not just cope.
