Introduction

Hello and welcome! My name is Shelli Pollard and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois and Maryland. I am a passionate advocate for mental and emotional health and so I'm glad you are here. I have a unique style of therapy that balances empathy with a push for change. I am committed to helping individuals restore balance and revive their quality of life. I enjoy working with a diverse population including teens, adults and geriatric individuals. I have many years' experiences providing therapeutic services to individuals that struggle with Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD or other neurodivergent and impulse control disorders, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life transitions, and low self-esteem. I use a combination of evidenced based treatment techniques that are tailored to your individual needs. I have extensive training and experience in the skills taught in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) used in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder. Please reach out to me to see if we would be a good fit for each other. I hope to hear from you and thanks for visiting my site.
